Welcome to our stunning Beach House Estate on Chico Bay in Bremerton, WA with amazing 180 degree waterfront views! With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a separate Apartment, this spacious house can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Our goal is to provide a 5-Star experience and a memorable stay! The home has a new hot tub, easy access to the private beach, bird/sea-life watching, clam digging,2 fire pits. 2 single kayaks,1 double kayak and 1 paddle board available. Play Pool, arcade games or foosball in the game room, basketball in the driveway, or ping pong in the garage. A separate apartment complete with its own kitchen, bathroom and laundry provides additional privacy. Parking in the garage is available, as well as a fast level 2 EV charger. With over 5000 square feet of blissful living area, the Beach House offers something for everyone. All view bedrooms have king beds and brand-new large screen smart TVs with all the latest streaming services available. Most bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The gorgeous, oversized master bedroom suite comes with its own private covered deck to treat guests to a spectacular view, rain or shine. The equally spacious master bathroom includes a Kohler steam shower which doubles as a wet sauna. Large windows over each sink ensure guests don't lose sight of the breathtaking water views. A Kohler cast iron tub invites guests to indulge in a luxurious, relaxing bath surrounded by windows overlooking the bay. For those needing a place for work, the private office adjacent to the master bedroom provides ample desk space along with inspiring views of the water. High-speed gigabit WiFi is provided throughout the home and surrounding outdoor areas. The home is located just minutes from downtown Silverdale with popular restaurants, big box stores like Costco and Target and an 8-screen movie theater. In equally nearby Bremerton, you can explore the Puget Sound Navy Museum, USS Turner Joy Naval Destroyer Museum, or ride the Bremerton Ferry. Additionally, the Beach House is just 90 minutes drive from Seattle, 3 hours from Vancouver, BC or Portland, Oregon, and close enough for day trips to local favorite places such as Port Townsend, Olympic National Park, Anacortes, Sequim, and Bainbridge Island. The gourmet chef's kitchen with double oven provides all the necessities for preparing meals large or small. The enormous multi-level view deck includes a patio area with an outdoor hot-water shower. With plenty of seating and a large natural gas barbecue grill, it's a perfect way to enjoy a meal outdoors. Relax by either of two fire pits, one wood-burning, the other propane with a built-in table. Relax in the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful water views!

My family and friends and I had the most AMAZING stay at this home for my wedding weekend. This home is breathtaking to say the least!! I was shocked at how it looks even better in person. The master bedroom is something out of a movie! We enjoyed the hot tub, giant deck, the bonfire, cooked great meals, and had friends over after my wedding on 8/2! Truly an incredible stay, and the hosts were SO sweet. They left us chocolate, wine, and a lovely wedding card!! Highly recommend!

5 stars from start to finish! My family visited Dan and Ally’s beautiful house in late July. The week was divine and their home addressed the needs of three different generations - comfortable bedrooms, great common spaces in the kitchen, patio, etc. We loved gathering as a family to spot the seals, otters and bald eagles that would pop up periodically out back. The location is prime for adventurers who seek to enjoy the many state parks of Kitsap peninsula or a slightly lengthier trip into Olympic National Park. 15 min drive to enjoy charming Poulsbo is a must hit too. We’re very grateful for their timely communication, comfortable setup and overall accommodating ways. Highly recommend for families.

We stayed here for a vacation with a group of friends with lots of kids and we had the best time. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked for a stay with kids. We thoroughly enjoyed the view (including seeing a bald eagle, seals and orcas!) and the water access for paddle boarding and kayaking. Daniel was an excellent host and always answered our questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is amazing. It is located right on the water, making it easy to enjoy the provided kayaks and SUP, swim, or beach comb at low tide. The house itself has a great layout for enjoying both the indoors and outdoors. There is lots of space all around. While we had a small group, I can see this actually working for the list max occupancy as it has large tables and abundant, comfortable seating. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely stay again.

Dan and Ally’s Chico Way beach house was amazing! The House rule book was thorough and easy to follow from operating the hot tub, steam shower, to microwave. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. Because we are on central time, we woke up quite early. This provided an opportunity to see the beautiful sky just as the sun peaked thru around 4:50am. Would definitely consider coming to the Pacific Northwest again and stay at Chico Way Beach house again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The view from the house was simply breathtaking. We made the most of the fantastic amenities: kayaking right from the property was such a memorable experience. There were life jackets which was helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the fire pit. We also enjoyed a great barbecue night thanks to the well-maintained grill setup. The host provided clear, detailed instructions which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it really showed. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this gem of a property to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun-filled escape!

We fell in love with Daniel’s house from the moment we saw the pictures. The house lived up to everything we anticipated and even more. He was very thoughtful in every aspect and was exceptional with communication. The room above the garage was perfect for our daughter, her husband and their newborn son. Multiple rooms had an exceptional view, and we spent much time just looking out the large windows in the family room at the water outside and the sea life that would regularly appear. We would absolutely return to this house in the future!

I brought my daughter, which is a student at UW and some of her friends for a weekend getaway. I had looked at several properties and decided to go with Daniel’s. The house is incredibly special from the moment you arrive you can feel the grand luxurious presence. As soon as you walk through the door, you’re taken back by the stunning view! We immediately went outside and took in all the scenery. Every bedroom and bathroom is well decorated It feels like you’re staying in a fine hotel. The beds are incredibly comfortable with views out of every window. The kitchen is fully stocked! I cooked every meal as if I were home. There is an additional beverage center in the game room downstairs for overflow of groceries, etc. that came in super handy. We all enjoyed the water sports! There are paddle boards and kayaks, along with countless lifejackets. There are several outdoor games along with a game room inside. We enjoy the wood-burning and gas fire pit! I highly recommend booking!
